The last week has been really busy for me................I have barely had time to catch my breath. I had a recital on Saturday, (I did better than I expected) I had youth choir practice on Sunday. I had to help my parents with a catering job on Monday, I had music lessons on Tuesday, and Church Wednesday. Talk about swamped!
However, I have still found time to work on my songs. they are coming along pretty good. I have almost finished I Will Sing, which was inspired by someone's blog posting. It is almost done. I can't seem to get the guitar part just right. (That part is getting pretty frustrating) I have been practicing flute for my concert on monday. It is coming along great. Piano is going so awesome. I am still doing short pieces ( as in less than a page long Grrr) I will just have to be patient. Hopefully my teacher will assign me the pieces I want to learn someday.
I am really execited about Christmas. As a matter of fact, I am pumped!!!!!! Yahoo, the holiday season is here! Tis the season to be jolly Fa la la la la la la la la la la la la la la! (Forget the rest) lol! I think I will go to my grandma's the thursday before Christmas and come back on Saturday. (Not quite sure about the plan but that is one of the possible outcomes It is actually undecided where my family is going for Christmas. They will make up their mind at some point) I am excited about our Chirstmas Pageant. It is on Saturday and Sunday.
